We were super overwhelmed moving into a new home with no window treatments. So we were so lucky to find Wendy with MITS. She was amazing helping us find the right color, size, and depth of shutters and shades to look best in our house. And she was incredibly patient and understanding, coming to the house multiple times, as we pieced different parts of the house together over a few months. We had some unique asks and she accomodated all of them without batting an eye. Even with a small hiccup with one shutter she was quickly resolve it immediately and hand delivered the second one! Great business to work with! Wendy was recommended to us by our realtor for our new home, and we consulted with her as well as 2 other companies. She was by FAR the most knowledgeable and spent the most time listening to our concerns. She kept us close to our budget, while also sharing her expertise as to what would be worth splurging vs saving on. Ended up doing a blend of shutters, blinds, and shades for our new home. We are so pleased with the shades we had installed!   Just in the first month, our cooling costs went down! The look and feel have modernized both a studio space and out living room. Wendy was excellent to work with.  When one blind was little off, she noticed it way before I would have and immediately guaranteed a replacement.
